- Advised IT services company in connection with negotiation of a series of subcontracts supporting major prime contract with a government agency, including acting as the lead negotiator for the legal department that did not have an in-house attorney dedicated to public contracts
- Supported largely commercial company on behind-the-scenes review of subcontracts with U.S. prime contractor involving flow down of federal terms and requirements

- Supported law firm representing unsuccessful offeror to the Solutions for Enterprise-wide Procurement (SEWP) solicitation by analyzing GAO protest grounds, after which NASA took corrective action
